Order and Shipping Information:
Once your order is placed successfully, you should receive an automatically generated email within a few minutes. This email is your invoice and order confirmation.
If you have not received your order confirmation email after a few hours of order completion, please double check your spam or junk mail folder. If you still cannot find your order confirmation, please contact us by emailing email@example.com with the email that you used to make the purchase.
Once your order is processed (usually within 7 - 14 days), you will receive a shipping notification with tracking number via e-mail after your order has been shipped.

$12.99 CAD flat rate shipping across Canada.
Estimated delivery 5 - 12 business days.
FREE standard shipping on orders over $59 CAD for shipping within US.
$10.99 CAD flat rate shipping across the United States.
US estimated delivery 5 - 12 business days.
FREE standard shipping on orders over $99 CAD for shipping internationally.
$16.99 CAD flat rate shipping across the rest of the world. Some restrictions apply.
International estimated delivery 7 - 25 business days.
Keep in mind that international shipments are subject to customs inspection, which can greatly affect the delivery time.
Twinkle Links cannot be held responsible for orders that are deemed undeliverable, lost, stolen, or mis-delivered in cases where they have been tracked and confirmed delivered by their respective carriers. Any related claims for package delivery must be made within one month (30 days) of the order date of the package in question. Customer is responsible for all related shipping costs.
Please double check and include all relevant address information for shipping (floor, suite, apartment #, etc). If you need an address correction, please contact us immediately with your order number and the correct shipping information. Any orders that are re-directed due to an incomplete or incorrect address will be charged $15 CAD re-routing handling fee in addition to shipping cost.
